| The organizers do not care for accomodation! A list of recommended facilities is offered below. Apart of it there exist a lot of hotels in the small towns along the railway to Munich or at Munich. The delegates are expected to make the appropriate reservations by themselves at their own responsibilities. |

We are now proceeding with organizing the accommodations and collecting the transferals. This week the deadline of booking accommodation in the “Florianshof” has come up.
We had fixed an option for these rooms for your convenience till the end of May. We have been informed this week that up to now no single booking has been received by the hotelier. That is a pity. The locality is really nice, cheap, and most of all it is conveniently situated to the conference hall in Gilching. We have made a last agreement with the hotelier to extend the deadline for reservation to June, 10th, not later!
Please consider booking a room in the “Florianshof” during the next days, otherwise it is on your own risk to get an accommodation there, because during summer holidays the accommodations are highly coveted. This information refers only to the “Florianshof”. But keep in mind that booking a room early avoids stress!
At Gilching there exist only a very limited number of hotels and pensions. Therefore we also recommend some hotels in other small towns. All these hotels are very close (5-8 minutes by foot) to stations of the local trains which provide a comfortable opportunity to go to Gilching as well as to Munich and to the airport. The prices include breakfast (exception: Gaestehaus Anette) and VAT.

Public Transport to Gilching-Argelsried
Going from Wessling or Steinebach to Gilching-Argelsried by public transport:
The trip by train from the station Wessling to the station Gilching-Argelried takes 5 minutes.
Trains run every 20 minutes. Cheapest fares: either 1,15 € per trip (1 stripe of the ticket “Streifenkarte” [= Stripe Ticket]), or 12,10 € for a ticket “Isar Card (circles 7-8)” (the ticket is valid for a whole week from Monday to Sunday; 1 person may travel with this ticket from Wessling to Gilching-Argelsried and retour as often as he/she likes).
From the station Gilching-Argelsried it takes 5-10 minutes by foot to the conference hall.
The trip by train from the station Steinebach to the station Gilching-Argelsried takes 9 minutes.
Trains run every 20 minutes. Cheapest fares: either 5,20 € for a ticket “Single-Tageskarte-Aussenraum” (= Single Day Ticket – outer district; the ticket is valid for one day; 1 person may travel with this ticket from Steinebach to Gilching-Argelsried and retour as often as he/she likes) or 14,50 € for a ticket “Isar Card (circles 7-9)” (the ticket is valid for a whole week from Monday to Sunday; 1 person may travel with this ticket from Steinbach to Gilching-Argelsried and retour as often as he/she likes).
From the station Gilching-Argelsried it takes 5-10 minutes by foot to the conference hall.
